Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) does not receive not only electricity, gas and fuel, but also food. Azerbaijani dictator Ilham Aliyev tightly blocked the only road connecting almost 120 thousand citizens of the region with Armenia, and hence with the outside world.
